Rules

The following Rules and Regulations have been established for the protection and benefit of all members of the Tallman Beach and Pool Club (the Club), their families, and their guests. Seasonal and Day Members are expected to advise their children and guests to observe all rules and obey the instructions of the Managers, Guards, and Staff. Ignorance of the rules is not an acceptable excuse. It is every member’s obligation to read and follow the rules to ensure that their children and guests do the same.

All members and guests must follow these rules as well as staff instructions. Any misunderstandings or objections should be brought to the attention of the Club Managers. Assistant Managers have full authority in Manager’s absence. Any changes to rules will be posted at the Club.

Everyone using the Club does so at their own risk. The Club is not responsible for any accident, injury or loss of personal property. There are lockers, but we advise that you do not bring valuables to the Club.

These rules subject to being expanded and more detailed the closer we get to the season.
